Frame is going up fast!

Hi everyone, this morning we drove by & saw that on a saturday morning they were working on our frame :-)
Just drove by again & took some pics.

Upgrades

Facade/ external
- Extended alfresco
- Extended garage by 1000mm
- upgraded facade ashmont & render to portico
- upgraded front door, trans glass, tri lock & deadbolt
- deadbolts to laundry & garage

- 5/5/11 - Frame completed (stage paid)
- 10/5/11 - Roof tiled & all windows fixed
- 15/5/11 - gutters & ground floor wrapped
- 19/5/11 - bricking ground floor begins
- 9/6/11 - bricking ground floor complete
-1/7/11 - Scaffolding goes up & 1st floor bricking starts
- 8/7/11 - ducted heating & cooling roughed in
- 15/7/11- electrical all wired & ducted vac, alarm system installed
- 22/7/11 - bricking first floor completed
- 1/8/11 - lock up stage complete (stage paid)
- 3/8/11 - scaffolding comes down & site cleaned
- 4/8/11 - plastering begins @ wk 24!
- 12/8/11- plastering completed & garage roof frame up
- 19/8/11 - Wk 26 stairs being installed & garage roof tiled!

- 3/9/11 - painting begins @ day 200 since site start!
- 10/9/11 - wk 29 - 90% of painting completed & portico rendered
- 13/9/11 - wk 30 Tiling begins to laundry, powder rm, bathrooms & balcony! Kitchen splashback installed!
- 1/10/11 - wk 32 garage door fitted. heating, cooling & ducted vac fitted. Data, tv &
telephone points fitted.
- 4/10/11 - wk 33: carpet being laid & robe & linen shelving /rails fitted &
floating floors installed.
- 11/10/11 - wk 34: electrical fit offs, render painted!
- 18/10/11 - PCI - wk 35
- 28/10/11 - Handover day
- 2/12/11 - driveway
