Drove by our site today & no action in terms of bricking ;-( arhhgggh
However they have started breaking up the piles of bricks and laying them all around the house!
So hopefully tomorrow bricking starts!

Hello everyone,
Did my drive by this arvo & was rapt to see lots of bricks have been delivered ;-)
We chose the boral brushwood!

Independent inspection report - Frame

Hi everyone,
Just received our independent inspection report from Rob at new home inspections.
Not to bad actually!
About 13 things need to be fixed!
I've emailed it straight thru to my SS & CSR! Hoping to get a response tomorrow!

Meeting with SS, New CSR & independent inspection

Hi everyone,
This morning my hubby met with our SS for the first time. Due to just starting a new job I couldn't make it!
He notified us that the roof tiles should be completed by next week. Then the brikies will begin & it should roughly take 6 weeks. So hopefully all bricked up by end of June!
On another note got a call from PD telling me that my 2nd CSR has left the company & a new person will contact me soon! Let's hope they are as good as the last 2 I have had.
New home inspections had someone out today, looking forward to seeing the report tomorrow. Hopefully it's all good. Will post report findings tomorrow night!
